There are a number of ways Trim Level can help your dealership with it's marketing. You can simply call us, tell us what you would like to accomplish for the month, provide a few key details (make, model, offers and disclaimers) and then sit back and let us deliver you a script that covers these details. Once you approve a script we can begin production. The details you provide will actually cover your print and web deliverables for the month as well. Another avenue available to you would be to pick from our library of pre-built spots and ads. You pick the look you like and then we give you your materials for that month based on that look. We swap out the specifics like your logo, colors, manufacturers and contact info and you are good to go!
It is tough to beat free, but cable company production is notorius for spending the least amount of time possible with each spot. You all know the "look" we are talking about. And quite frankly the look and feel you get from the "free" cable company production has an impact on your target market. It may not be able to be articulated, but they will pick up on the level of proffessionalism they see in your ad and instinctively draw a conclusion about your delaership. And it may not be the conclusion you want to be communicated. So while your ad is free, consider the potential lost business and negative impressions these free ads build up over time and consider if that is really the market position you want your dealership to occupy.
Yes we can work with your current agency. If you have a current campaign that is doing great for you but you would simply like to lower your production costs we will partner with your agency to deliver on their strategic plan. Although we found it best to take creative input and approvals only from you and your marketing team. A lot of agency's have their own internal creative departments and they want that production. Agency's can sometimes make life a bit difficult so they can attempt to get the creative production back in house. Plus we believe that the only opinion that truly matters is yours so why add the extra level of possible mis-communication when we can work with you directly.
No we do not and we never will. We do charge a one time only set up fee to get you on board with us. This also acts as a deposit during your time with us and we will return 75% of the set up fee should you decide to go another direction with your creative production. We also do not make you sign a long term contract in order to work with us. You are free to come and go as often as you would like but we are so confident in our approach and our pricing structure we firmly believe you will not be interested in looking elsewhere!
Of course! If you order a fresh months creative you will receive a free round of creative revisions. If there are creative changes after that then we will bill by the hour. If you order something from our extensive creative library then any changes other than your dealerships details will be billed by the hour. If you have some last minute price or disclaimer changes we will generally not charge for these. And of course any technical or detail error on our part is covered at no cost to you.
Absolutely! Out producers have worked for years at a few of the countries biggest automotive advertising agencies so we are fully aware of what will make your ads co-op compliant. As a matter of fact, we will handle all co-op approval for the scripts as well as submit your ads for approval before you even see them. That means by the time you see your ad it has already been approved by co-op. Keep in mind if you make certain changes at this point it will need to go throught the process again. We are on top of all your manufacturers sales events and will build the proper logos into your ads without you even needing to ask!
As part of your on boarding process we will get all the contact information we need in order to deliver your ads to whoever needs them, such as your cable representative, your printer or your agency. This information goes into your client file so every producer at Trim Level can see who needs what. If you would prefer we can also simply deliver your order directly to you if you have an internal marketing department for you to deliver to the proper outlets.
